Session Title: Coach’s Search for Meaning
Session Objectives:
Coaching clients bring all sort of challenges to their coaching journey, and it is our role as coaches to help them making sense of these challenges and outgrow them. When challenges are painful and meaningless, when life is boring, when we are confused and distracted these might be symptoms of loss of meaning in our lives and the coach role is helping us search for meaning and live it.
In this ICF workshop facilitated by Tamer Zanaty, you will learn a process to help your clients find the meaning of their lives and put it in action to grow, overcome their challenges and achieve their objectives, but it starts with you as a coach by identifying your coaching purpose and make it a guide in every coaching engagement.
Objectives
• Understanding the symptoms of loss of meaning
• Learning how to develop your coaching purpose and use it as a guide in your coaching engagements
• Learn a process to help your client to find the meaning of their lives, turn it into a life purpose and use it as a decision-making tool that helps them grow, overcome their challenges and achieve their objectives
