Noha Radwan is a Seasoned HR expert who brings more than 19
years of experience in the different strategic human resources
management spheres along with extended knowledge in coaching,
training, change management and organizational cultural
transformation. Born, raised, and worked in Egypt before her career
spanned internationally across different markets like MENA EU, and
ASIA where she collaborated with various clients in her capacity as
an HR expert and Transformation and leadership coach.
She believes that disturbing old patterns could create a new reality that could serve
people and lead them towards their aspirations. This is a core principle for her when
collaborating with coachees where she encourages and supports them to explore
different patterns and possibilities that could lead them to achieve their dreams and
goals successfully. She views coaching as an ongoing professional relationship that
allows people to reach extraordinary outcomes in their lives, careers, businesses, and
organizations. As a coach her talent lies in supporting her clients in self-exploration,
learning, performance improving, and living an intentional quality life.
She depends on empathetic and inquisitive approach where she leverages powerful
questions in exploring ideas, beliefs, strengths, and opportunities that could help
clients in identifying possibilities while determining novel approaches in overcoming
obstacles. Through providing open and safe space, clients could explore freely their
views to themselves, their world and external environments with consciousness that
allows them to live by intention and own their lives.
She brings a blend of understanding in psychology, human development, and
organizational background. As a Certified ICF PCC Coach, Noha draws on a pool of
knowledge and expertise in Human resources and change management, Psychology,
DISC, NLP, Emotional freedom techniques (EFT), PEAT (Emotional freedom), REIKI, and
she has an MBA in Marketing.
