She has 25 years of experience in the field of Human development. She was exposed to a
diversity of cultures (American, Suisse, British and French) and industries within her career
moving from Educational industry to Commercial retail, then Pharmaceutical, Consultancy and
finally Banking industry. She has several certifications in the field of HR, psychometric
assessment; Coaching and learning & development.
Her passion in developing people has helped her to move across the different HR disciplines
till reaching the strategic management of HR. Throughout her career, she was exposed to
several strategic projects that gave her a competitive edge as follows: Starting up a learning
and development department to match the need of the organization; develop a talent
management program including assessment centers and career coaching session to ensure
visible career progression for employees within the organization, HR digital transformation
including reforming of HR team to match new best practices; implementation of the HR
business partner model, implementation of Pay-for performance model.
She has started her coaching studies since 2016 as life coaching and NLP moving to Executive
Coaching in 2019. She was involved in many group coaching sessions for selected talents
within the organization to develop and guide their self-development and career progression.
As part of her training practice, she has done one-to-one life coaching and parental coaching
sessions. She had also done several seminars for university students to spread the awareness
of organization life and how to start one’s corporate career.
