May Gad is a Marketing Strategist, Executive Coach, and Startup Mentor who works with senior leaders, founders, and teams to drive growth, navigate change, and improve performance. She has more than 25 years of cross-industry experience in marketing, sales, business development, management, and consulting across FMCG, telecom, and real estate, combining strategic business insight with human-centered leadership development.

Throughout her career, May has led strategic and commercial initiatives for organizations including Nestlé, Coca-Cola, Alcatel, Raya, Nokia, Dell, Microsoft, Intel, Cisco, HP, Kandil Steel, Contact Cars, ConnectPS, Egypt Rally, the German Chamber of Commerce, TBK Developments, REDCON Properties, and Misr Italia Properties.

She has completed over 600 hours of startup mentoring, supporting founders in refining business models, building go-to-market strategies, and developing leadership skills for sustainable scale. May is an Instructor at the American University in Cairo and serves on the Board of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Egypt Chapter. She is an Enneagram Assessor & Trainer, and NLP Practitioner.

Beyond marketing, coaching and mentoring, she is a trainer, facilitator, speaker, and panel moderator, addressing topics related to leadership, marketing, startups, and team dynamics.
