Marwa holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Cairo University in
Egypt, as well as a diploma in Business Psychology from RB College in the United Kingdom. She
has further enhanced her expertise through various certifications, including the Systemic Team
and Culture Transformation Coach program (ICF), a Diploma in NLP from a British foundation,
and a specialized ADHD Diploma. Her academic background is complemented by a Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration.
Additionally, Marwa has served as a former Marketing Director and board member of the ICF
Egypt chapter, where she contributed to the advancement of coaching practices and
professional development in the country. She is also an accredited trainer by the Knowledge
Authority in Dubai and has worked as a program provider for a British foundation. Her
professional journey includes being a founding managing partner of KUN Coaching Egypt from
2019 to 2023, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the coaching landscape in the region.

Marwa’s experience extends beyond coaching; she has also worked as a Technology and E-
Government Specialist for the Assiut Governor’s Office, showcasing her versatility and

adaptability in various environments. As a team trainer at the Business Women Empowerment
Company in 2017, she demonstrated her commitment to fostering women’s leadership and
empowerment.
In 2023, Marwa continued her professional development by completing the Systemic Team
and Culture Transformation Coaching program (ICF), further solidifying her expertise in
creating impactful team dynamics.
