With 22 years of experience, I specialize in coaching and delivering IT, web, and mobile projects, practicing Lean and Agile techniques for over 10 years. I have worked with DXC, ITWorx, OMS, Swvl, and more, transforming teams and enhancing processes. As an Agile Coach, I have led enterprise-level agile transformations, trained teams in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, and guided organizations in agility adoption.

Currently, I serve as a Lead Agile Coach at Vidscola DWC, helping clients assess, strategize, and implement Agile frameworks. My past roles include Agile Coach at Swvl, Scrum Coach at Parent ApS, and CTO/Product Owner at Integrated Development, where I led multiple teams and major projects. I am a certified coach and trainer, holding Scrum Alliance, ICAgile, SAFe, Kanban University, and PMI certifications.

Passionate about organizational transformation and leadership, I pursued a master’s in psychology to enhance my understanding of team dynamics and change management. I continue to drive enterprise agility, process improvements, and digital transformation across various industries.
