Khaled El Miniawi
Description
Khaled is a seasoned Human Resources (HR) professional and
coach. He held HR leadership positions in a number of countries
including Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, Egypt, and
the United Kingdom.
- His job positions included: Head of Talent Acquisition for Royal
Dutch Shell in Qatar; Human Resources Director for Cadbury in
Egypt; Senior Consultant for Coopers & Lybrand (now
PricewaterhouseCoopers, PwC) in the United Kingdom; and
Human Resources Advisor for Saudi Royal Commission in
Yanbu, Saudi Arabia.
- Khaled works with individuals and groups from diverse
backgrounds and is experienced in developing and implementing
programs to grow talent. He is passionate about building the
capabilities of young talent, and particularly those from
disadvantaged backgrounds.
- He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
from University of South Carolina. Khaled also has a Master
degree in International Management from Thunderbird School of
Global Management, Arizona.
- Khaled is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and
is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coach
Federation (ICF).
