Hanaa has 20+ years of HR executive experience in both multinational consulting services and leading HR function in industrial corporates. She has specific expertise in start-up operations, change management, leadership coaching, promoting positive change and managing key stake holders relationships, executive search and recruitment, conflict resolution, as well as streamlining and aligning HR processes to best reflect the company culture and business growth goals.

Hanaa’s mission is to be a change catalyst who contributes to innovative initiatives that would bring more positive and sustainable change in the world. She has a strong passion for empowering individuals and teams who are ready to up their game and reach deeper fulfillment, on both the professional and personal fronts, and lead a balanced lifestyle

In 2018, to further fulfill her passion, Hanaa made a career shift to coaching. She initially came across coaching when she was faced with personal and professional challenges, and saw how it helped in her transformation. Her experience motivated her to study coaching to delve deeper into herself and get inspired to make coaching her life purpose. She is now a passionate practicing coach who helps her clients find their purpose and put their dent into the world and realize their life and career endeavors.

Hanaa is a keen believer in lifelong learning. She holds a BA in English Literature and a Diploma in HR Management. Since graduation, she has been working on self-development and has successfully earned certifications from a set of diverse programs that have contributed to her evolution as a professional and an individual. These programs include ICF accredited Life coaching and Relationship programs, as well as the Certificate in ‘Positive Psychology Coaching’, which enhanced her ability to help her clients find their path to living wholeheartedly and finding joy in life.
