After 17 years of Financial and Managerial Consultancy, working with multinationals, local
businesses, and startups across various sectors such as Education, Real Estate, Finance, Tourism,
Telecommunication, and F&B, 18 years of working with children and parents as owner and
manager of an Inclusion Daycare Nursury and 18 years working in the special needs segment as
member of the board of a Charity organization. Helaly decided to make a career shift into the
Learning and Development (L&D) industry, leveraging experience of 18 years.
Helaly is now a Human Connection Specialist, serves as a Board Member and the Membership
Committee Director of the ICF-Egypt Chapter. A two-time TEDx Keynote Speaker, Team
Coach, Trainer, NLP Practitioner, Networking, and Public Speaking Trainer, as well as a Life,
Relationship, and Happiness Coach, he has conducted a series of workshops covering diverse
subjects including peer networking, storytelling, guidance for couples, self-love, happiness, team
building, and the art of building rapport.
Passionate about and believing in helping and supporting individuals unlocking their full
potential and discovering genuine happiness while pursuing their goals, Helaly believes that we
