A’laa has over 22 years of experience in Information Technology, including 20 years in corporate roles within a multinational oil and gas company. She has extensive expertise in designing customer experiences, leading business change, and driving digital transformation.

A’laa is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She has delivered more than 500 hours of one-to-one and team coaching sessions.

She is also a certified trainer with more than 20 years of experience delivering both technical and non-technical training. Her current focus areas include business transformation, team dynamics, and strategic doing.

A’laa serves as a volunteer board member of the ICF Egypt Chapter, where she promotes ethical practices and the gold standard of coaching in Egypt and the region. Additionally, she is a partner at Innovation Creed, providing financial coaching and supporting the faculty in delivering exceptional learning experiences to ongoing cohorts.
