Authentique Coaching School was founded with a clear mission: to advance professional coaching education in the Arab region through specialized, ethically grounded, and culturally relevant training programs aligned with ICF standards.

The school was established in response to a growing gap in the coaching market, where many programs focused on general skills without offering clear professional tracks or sufficient. Authentique was created to address this gap by developing structured coaching specializations that support both professional identity and real-world application.

One of the school’s flagship initiatives is the Boundary Coach Program – Level 1, an ICF-accredited training program designed to prepare coaches to work professionally with clients on building healthy and sustainable boundaries across personal, relational, and workplace contexts. The program reflects years of practical coaching experience, research, and curriculum development, and represents one of the first formal Boundary Coaching tracks in the region aligned with ICF competencies and ethical guidelines.

Since its establishment, Authentique Coaching School has been committed to graduating coaches who are not only skillful, but also ethically aware, professionally grounded, and capable of creating long-term impact. The school continues to expand its educational offerings with a strong emphasis on quality, integrity, and alignment with international coaching standards.
