Human Resources: Amina has more than 25 years of
experience in multinational and local companies. She
has worked in Sanofi for more than 17 years, the last
position she held was HR Director for Egypt & Sudan.
She then joined EGMED for Medical Systems as HR
Director handling all HR functions from 2011 to 2024.
In her capacity, Amina has led several employee
engagement and culture enhancement initiatives.
Several development tracks have been created in the
learning & development function. Amina has been
working for the last 13 years in EGMED and is
member in the management team.
Coaching: Amina is an ICF certified coach since 2011.
She has more than 800 hours of life and executive
coaching with various clients both external and
internally in the companies she has worked in.
Amina’s experience as Executive coach started with
Sanofi where She has been appointed as a coach for
identified high potentials in the EMEA region. She has
also been a coach for 360 programs, leading to the
creation of development plans for senior management
teams in both Sanofi and EGMED.
Also in EGMED, she was appointed as internal coach
for high potential middle managers. She led and
contributed to an employee wellbeing program in
EGMED (leading local medical devices company in
Egypt), where she offered one-to-one coaching
sessions.
In addition to Sanofi and EGMED, she has offered
executive coaching for other companies including
Penta Pharma and Elixir Pharma.
She was also the co-founder of the Enlighten
Coaching certification program, certified by ICF,
which was one of the first coaching schools in Egypt.
Training design & delivery: More than 2000 hrs. of
training.

Amina is working as international senior consultant, in
The Oxford Group, a City & Guilds group business,
as well as in SyNet Group in Germany since 2011,
and also in ICM Associates as a consultant and
trainer. She has worked with various companies to
design and deliver learning interventions. She has
also been appointed as external faculty for GE
Companies worked with: GE, ALSTOM, Total
Energies, Yazaki, Penta Pharma, Knauf, Credit
Agricole, Tetrapak, Advansys, Dewa, Enppi, Elixir
Pharma, Technip Energies and The Egyptian Banking
Institute.

France, South Africa, Kenya, Turkey, Dubai, Abu
Dhabi and Italy
