With over 15 years of distinguished leadership within Egypt's premier banking sector,
Nehad brings deep corporate expertise to executive coaching. Her career began in 2009 in
Finance at ADIB, progressing through key roles at EALB. At Banque Misr, she advanced
from being part of the Vice President's office to Head of Focal Point - Control Tower
within the Corporate sector, refining strategic oversight, stakeholder management, and
operational excellence in complex environments.
For the past five years, Nehad has passionately applied this corporate insight as an
executive coach, empowering leaders across diverse sectors. Her impactful engagements
include: a Leadership Coaching journey for Senior Executives at Hassan Allam
Construction; CIB Women Talent program through WeAce platform, Entrepreneurship
Coaching (individual & group sessions) for USAID-AUC beneficiaries; and mentoring
NI multinational emerging leaders - Nairobi, Kenya, Nigeria, Egypt and Jordan (2024 &
2025 cohorts) via the WeAce platform, in addition she also designed and delivered a
successful in-house coaching program for middle-level managers in Banque Misr.

includes: Career Coaching (Intellect School), Executive Coaching (LCE) and Mastery in
Facilitation (LCE), enriched by Coaching by Positive Psychology (THINK) and Ego and
Shadow program. Nehad upholds the highest professional standards as an ICF Member,
actively pursuing PCC credentialing to be finalized by Q4 2025.
