Mona is an expert in assessing the health of an organization’s culture and how to increase productivity through
data-driven strategies. Leveraging insights from the GPTW® SaaS solution, she has analyzed the workplace
performance and trust level for over 250 companies across the middle east.

Since 2018, Mona has specialized in Culture Consultancy bridging the gap between leaders and employees by
integrating ‘High Trust and Productivity' into the daily operations. She co-created with the C-Suite a full Culture
Transformation plan with prominent entities such as DHL, Nakheel, Miral Experience, and Dubai Customs,
providing Executive Coaching, Focus Groups and Team Coaching, and Leadership Strategic Alignment.

Her extensive experience includes serving as VP of People & Culture at startups Zyda, elmenus, and Buseet, and
as Chief of Staff at Lyve. Mona also consulted startups such as Valu, TFK, and Sylndr, conducting culture audits
and executive workshops.

With a robust background in PR and Marketing, Mona spent 20 years as PR and Marketing Manager at NCBIS
school integrating a community of 53 nationalities and was also Director of Corporate Relations at FulcrumGT,
a SAP solution for the legal industry in the US.

Passionate about performance coaching since 2013, Mona has supported executives and athletes globally. In
2018, she developed a performance coaching program for 120 Olympic athletes in preparation for Rio de
Janeiro. One of her notable achievements, covered by CNN, was the 2009 'Circle of Peace' event, where she
organized the first human chain around the Great Pyramid as 1,500 people from 53 nationalities wore their
national costumes to celebrate peace around the world.
