Started 2017, with its flagship program Authentic Relationships Coaching Academy – that was 158hrs ACSTH. In 2019 Started the First Team and Culture Transformation Program in Egypt under the certification of ACSTH – 100hrs In 2023 – Acquired Level 2 Certification – Authentic Systems and Relationships Coaching Academy – that is more than 360hrs, with 208 Core hours, and 152 hours of optional specializations, like Group Coaching, Financial Coaching, and Sports Coaching. Also was the first school to acquire Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching in the Middle East that provides this in Arabic, and graduated 4 cohorts from the region. 

Now more than 250 coaches are graduated with more than 60 credential holders, and have been contributing with volunteers in ICF Egypt Board to serve the mission of coaching.
