Our Identity
What is The Egypt Charter Chapter of ICF?
Egypt Charter Chapter of ICF is the official charter chapter of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in Egypt. Established to serve the growing coaching community across the country, Egypt Charter Chapter of ICF brings together professional coaches, coaching schools, and organizations committed to the highest standards of coaching excellence.
As a charter chapter, we operate under the global ICF framework while addressing the unique needs and opportunities of the Egyptian and broader MENA coaching landscape. We serve as the primary professional body for coaches in Egypt — providing community, resources, credentialing support, and advocacy.
Egypt Charter Chapter of ICF hosts events, workshops, and networking opportunities that connect coaches across specializations — from executive and business coaching to life, health, and organizational coaching.

President's Message
A Message from the President
Welcome to The Egypt Charter Chapter of ICF . Our story began with a simple belief, that coaching has the power to change lives, one honest conversation at a time.
Today, that belief has grown into a community of coaches, schools, and clients who are shaping what professional coaching looks like across Egypt and the region.
Being part of the global ICF family means we hold ourselves to a standard of excellence, but being part of Egypt's coaching story is what makes this work personal.
Whatever brought you here today, curiosity, growth, or a desire to give back, I am glad our paths crossed. Let's build something meaningful together.
Ahmed El Helaly
