Noha Soliman has 20 years’ experience in the banking field where she held different positions till being Retail Coaching Manager. One year ago, she shifted from Performance coaching department to be Referrals Synergy Head at one of the prestigious banks in Egypt. she Joined ICF since 2020, and became an active member of the marketing committee where she was the idea creator of “ICF book club” that she handled for a whole year. She now holds the position of Events Director -ICF Egypt Chapter Noha is a single mum who passed through the grief and healing process herself that helped her to dig deep in psychology through different schools in Egypt and different modules. She is an accredited ICF Coach who believes in individual capabilities & strength to pass through life accepting human weakness & pain. Through her experience and certification as an accredited ICF positive psychology Coach & Career Coach, NLP Practioner from the European &American board and approved CBT approach with more than 500 coaching hours under her belt, Noha takes her clients on an awareness journey of human well-being seeking harmony between Mind, Soul & Body to learn throughout the journey how to Flourish and reach a satisfying life through different tools and techniques. Throughout this wellbeing journey clients learn how to overcome their pain by changing their autopilot thinking pattern that affects their behavior and how they react to different life situations into a more mindful one as she believes that "Healing is a journey.
